urgentry is source-available software released under FSL-1.1-ALv2. This page covers the basic public terms for the software and the website without pretending they are more complicated than they are.
Software terms
- License. urgentry is released under the Functional Source License, Version 1.1, with the future Apache 2.0 conversion grant described in the repository license.
- Disclaimer. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The authors are not liable for claims, damages, or other liability arising from its use.
Website terms
- Source of truth. The repository license and shipped code remain the authoritative source for legal and product behavior.
- Public claims. Benchmark, migration, and compatibility pages are maintained in good faith and backed by the current public repo.

Policy cadence
- Effective date. These public terms are effective April 15, 2026.
- Update path. Material legal, licensing, or public-claims changes are published here and reflected in the public repository.
